Problem
Following two acquisitions, CloudHesive was suddenly managing dozens of SaaS tools across different teams.
With different departments using their own tools, CloudHesive’s CTO had no way to see which apps were being used, by whom, or how frequently. There was no reliable data to support renewals, remove unused licenses, or confirm if a tool was still needed.

Solution

Outcome
CloudHesive was able to map their full SaaS stack to a single view. They discovered tools with low utilization and unused licenses across their tech stack.
This allowed them to reallocate or remove seats, consolidate vendors, and improve budgeting accuracy.
CloudHesive were also able to use this knowledge to help shape their strategy on new purchases, achieving average savings of 17% per contract.
