A Vertice customer was struggling with delays and lack of visibility. Purchase requests moved slowly, often getting stuck in Legal or IT reviews with no way to track status or ownership.

Solution‍

Using the Intelligent Workflows Dashboard, they:

• Centralised all approvals into a single live view, making it easy to track overdue, active, and unassigned tasks across procurement, legal, and security
• Uncovered average cycle times across the request lifecycle, identifying that new purchases were taking 56 days on average and renewals 52 days.
• Monitored real-time performance metrics including in-flight spend ($215K), completed request outcomes, and task delays, highlighting where approvals slowed down

Outcome‍

In the first month, the company processed $742K in procurement spend while reducing their average cycle time to 26 days. 90% of all requests were completed on time.
