The free Smartsheet pricing tier is a great place to start for individual businesses. Limited to one user and up to two editors, the plan offers basic functionality like grid, Gantt, calendar, and card views. It also has ten widgets per dashboard and one sheet per report. File storage is capped at 500 MB with a 30 MB maximum attachment size. 

Additionally, the free Smartsheet pricing subscription delivers integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and dozens more applications. However, the likes of Adobe Creative Cloud and Tableau are omitted.

Cost: $7 per user per month

Smartsheet pricing at the Pro level caters to up to ten users with unlimited viewers. At $7/user/month, organizations may pay up to $70/month for this tier. Other upgrades include 20 GB of storage, 250 automated triggers per month (up from 100), and global web ticketing support. 

Organizations also benefit from additional security features, namely an admin center and user management portal. 

Pro doesn’t expand all that much on the Free plan, with the main difference being additional storage and users. It can do the job for individuals and small businesses, but those looking for advanced tools should consider the two higher tiers. 

Smartsheet pricing – Business 

Cost: $25 per user per month 

The Business plan is the most recommended tier of Smartsheet pricing, offering significantly upgraded functionality with a three-user minimum. Organizations can access an additional timeline view at this level, complementing the grid, Gantt, calendar, and card views available in the cheaper plans. Widgets per dashboard and sheets per report are also unlimited.
