Miro pricing plans

In addition to offering a freemium pricing model, Miro offers three paid plans suitable for different usage needs. As with many SaaS providers, Miro is only transparent about the pricing for two of these plans, choosing to obscure its enterprise-grade price point.

Miro’s Free Plans

  • The free Miro plan provides a single workspace with up to three boards. Freemium users can access a standard library of templates and core integrations while collaborating on boards with an unlimited number of team members.

Miro Starter

  • At a price point of $8 per member, per month, when billed annually, or $10 per member, per month, when billed on a monthly basis, Miro’s Starter plan includes the basic functionality of its free option, but with the addition of unlimited boards, high-res exports, unlimited visitors and custom templates.

Miro Business

  • Miro Business Pricing starts from $16 per member, per month, when billed annually, or $20 per member when billed monthly. The Business plan includes the full functionality of ‘Starter’, along with business level collaboration tools such as Miro Smart Diagramming and Video Chat. Users can choose from a wider variety of roles for collaboration and access an unlimited number of workspaces.

Miro Enterprise

  • Miro Enterprise is the plan recommended for larger organizations with more advanced needs. It offers all the functionality of the Business tier, plus services for support, security and control, and scaling. As with many enterprise-level plans, prospective customers will need to contact the Miro sales team for a personalized quote.

How to access Miro Enterprise pricing

While it is often the norm for SaaS providers to obscure enterprise-grade pricing, this lack of transparency can make it difficult to know how much you can expect to pay for Miro.

Without any frame of reference on what other companies are being quoted, it’s hard to know whether you’re getting a good deal, or whether Miro’s Enterprise plan is even within the scope of your budget.

Does Miro offer discounts on its pricing?

Regardless of the plan type you’re considering, the price you see isn’t always set in stone. According to our data, Miro has a relatively low pricing parity score, meaning that companies with similar usage requirements end up paying significantly different amounts for their subscriptions. This suggests that there is a high possibility for a discount when buying or renewing Miro.
