Renewal rates highlight how SaaS vendor "stickiness" evolves over time. As of December 2025, the top five most renewed software applications were FullStory, Smartsheet, Drata, NetSuite and CultureAmp, compared with September 2025's leaders: Asana, Mimecast, Greenhouse, Fivetran and Splunk.

These shifts reflect the natural dynamics of SaaS adoption, including contract timing, expanding usage across teams and evolving customer needs. Vendors that deliver continuous value, integrate smoothly into workflows and grow adoption across departments tend to climb in stickiness, even as renewal patterns naturally fluctuate with changing business priorities and tech stack refinements.
