After years in the corporate world, I was tired of hearing excuses about why things couldn’t be done because of decisions made long ago. Vertice gave me the opportunity to shape product quality from the ground up, knowing that every success and challenge comes from our own actions – there’s no one else to blame but us. Working in Vertice gave me the opportunity to get more hands-on experience in areas outside QA like product release, CICD pipelines or customer support.

Four years ago, I joined Vertice to build something from scratch – a true greenfield opportunity with no legacy baggage. I wanted to prove that serverless and microservices actually work when done right, using cutting-edge tech without compromise. As Principal Architect, I design our cloud-native multi-tenant platform, evaluate emerging technologies, and evangelize distributed systems best practices. I collaborate across teams to make it all real. This is where I get to push boundaries daily.

Our team of software engineers develops solutions that help companies track, manage, and optimize their spending on SaaS and cloud services.

Our organisational structure is flat. We have Technical Leads and People Managers, each focusing on what they do best, while leaving enough space for everyone to make an impact.

We love to evolve and continuously improve. Going forward sometimes mean taking a few steps back. 

Personal growth doesn’t have to be about promotions only. We believe that everyone who joins our organization will learn a lot, will help others to grow and will enjoy sharing a worklplace with likely minded people.

Our teams are small – up to 6 people. Teams are fullstack operate with a high degree of autonomity. Engineers are involved in problems early on and have a huge impact on the overall solution.

We’re AI first. We’ve decided to adopt sustainable use of AI in all phases of development. Does it include a frequent update of the processes, methods and approaches? Absolutely!
