With the average company now using in excess of 130 SaaS applications and the cost of each tool increasing by an average of 12% year-on-year, it’s never been more important to have complete oversight and control of your software portfolio.

This is just one of the reasons why we continuously look for ways to improve our product offering, for example by making it easier to discover the full breadth of tools that are in use across your organization and improving the way these applications are purchased.

One way we can achieve this is by adding to our already comprehensive suite of connections, starting with the release of our brand new Accounting and ERP integrations.

These integrations are now available to all customers and will help drive even more value from the platform. By automating and synchronizing common workflows and processes, Vertice makes information available where you’re already working, allowing you to capture and pass data more efficiently.

Vertice Accounting and ERP Integrations

Effortlessly collect your contracts

By leveraging the data from your accounting and ERP providers, including Oracle NetSuite, Xero, and Quickbooks, you can quickly discover any orders generated through Vertice and consolidate them into our platform — providing a unified view of all your contracts. Plus, you can also discover undocumented SaaS by matching supplier payments to Vertice’s vendor database.

Reduce duplicate efforts

In addition to providing improved visibility and the ability to uncover instances of shadow IT, this latest integration will also allow you to trigger intake requests by entering a Purchase Order in your ERP system. Synchronize your existing approval process with Vertice workflows to ensure that every new SaaS purchase is properly negotiated and recorded.

Analyze spend

Easily compare contractual costs against actual invoiced costs, to understand the billing frequency of payments and view any unexpected costs or overages that they are incurring. Analysis of rolling contracts also captures variable spend history to provide an overview of how costs are rising over the time.

The bi-directional integration ensures contracts are continually enhanced with information such as added licenses and product details to help you optimize your spend.

To start using this new feature, log in to your account or reach out to your Customer Success Manager for additional information. If you’re not yet working with Vertice, get in touch to learn more about how we can help streamline your procurement process.
